Regimental Commander (RC)

Regimental XO (RXO)
- Is normally the rank of Commander or General

Company CO

- Serves as an adviser to all in his/her company
- Is next in line for becoming part of high command

- Generally over-watches all lower officers
- Will fill out company reports when asked
Company XO
- Is normally the rank of 1st Lieutenant
- Serves as the company CO when needed
- Usually has a main job besides being company XO, such as being a platoon leader as well, or a D.I.
- Someone will usually never be JUST a company XO

- Company XO is almost a "side-job". It has few demands, and is usually never someones only position
